Note: As of 0.9.0, AMIDE no longer requires a GTK+ runtime to be installed, as the AMIDE package includes all the necessary files. If you have used a version of AMIDE prior to 0.9.0, you can now uninstall the GTK+ runtime that is on your system.

Binaries

The amide installation program should contain everything else you need. Head to the AMIDE sourceforge page. To download a file that'll be called:

      amide-VERSION_NUM_install.exe

Building from Source

This is a long and arduous process. If you want to do AMIDE development, you're probably better off operating in a better supported operating system environment (e.g. Linux). Still want to proceed? Notes on the current process can be found here.
