AMIDE: Amide's a Medical Imaging Data Examiner |
|
NotesThese sample data sets are in AMIDE file format version 2.0, so they won't work with the old 0.6.* series. The files can be downloaded in either gzip (Unix/Mac OS X) or zip (Windows) format. To convert to .xif format (what amide reads), use the gzip or zip commands as follows after downloading: Unix/Mac OS X gunzip filename.gz Windows unzip filename.zip Sample Data Setsmouse_2862 (4MB) [GZIP] [ZIP]This normal mouse was injected with ~200 uCi of [18F]-FDG, scanned one hour later on the original microPET in 8 bed positions at 8 minutes per bed. The mouse was then transferred to a microCT (ImTek), and scanned in two bed positions. PET Reconstruction was done using Richard Leahy's MAP reconstruction algorithm with a beta of 0.5. CT Reconstruction was done using the company supplied FBP code. mouse_915 (1MB) [GZIP] [ZIP]This normal mouse was injected with ~750 uCi of [18F] fluoride ion, and scanned one hour later on the original microPET in 8 bed positions at 8 minutes per bed. Reconstruction was done using Richard Leahy's MAP reconstruction algorithm with a beta of 0.05. |
